At LIRA Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return according to the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at:

Once the return request is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
* Be unused and unworn
* Be in their original condition
* Be returned in the original packaging
* Not show signs of damage or wear
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened:
* Earrings
This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations regarding sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
